Accessing website with UPC

Weird one here. I've been trying to access http://sulia.com/channel/soccer/f/43...source=twitter at home on UPC. I am greeted with the attached image. However, at work I get the page as it should appear.(not UPC) No login prompt with twitter etc.. Same browser type (Chrome) in use. I've also tried using Firefox and IE Has…

I'm presuming it's a free soccer site? If it is then maybe UPC are starting to block these sites from their servers, I know they blame a loss of speed on people watching soccer on free football sites so maybe this is their answer?
