what happens to rent allowance if i get a job?

this is my situation. I lost my job 7 wks ago and refused to go ask for jsa cos i was praying something else would come up. it didnt.

i went and applied for jsa and dunno if i ve been accepted yet. im also going to apply for rent allowance tmrw AND have a job interview tmrw. if i apply for all these things and get the job, what happens to jsa and RA if i get accepted?

i know i dont get them when i start working but if i apply on the same day i have my job interview, will they give me anything from when i applied last week?

also, when do i inform RA im working ? the job may not work out and i really cant chase around my landlord and ex boss to fill out forms again

Your JSA claim if approved, will be payed from the date you signed on till you sign off.
