    Hi,
Ok so I have about 20 tunes and I want to put them into a mix.
The mix is not a live a mix, but I want it beat perfect. I also want to be able to edit the mixes. So say I am mixing track 6 and track 7 and I want to edit it so track 6 comes in 16 beats earlier.

Then when I am happy with everything I want to output into one long mp3.

Is there some simple app I can use (windows) to do this?

Nothing simple that I know of. The fastest is probably time warping in Ableton or actually mixing them. iTunes will mix tunes and you could record the output, but it won't sound good.

No software can really compare to sitting down and manually mixing / editing.
