Household charge letter

    Just got a letter from city council telling me that my household charge isn't paid (which it isn't). I've not registered with their website and I wonder where they might have got hold of my name and address? Anyone have the answer?

    Write back to them and explain that they have submitted their invoice at a date which is after the closeout of the 2012 fiscal year and that all 2012 funds have been allocated to other worthwhile projects. Motor tax and food being examples.
