Looking for some advice. I got a black peplum skirt in Penneys (don't have a link or photo, sorry) but it's pretty plain! Just not sure what to put with it? It's a very fitted skirt so I'd imagine I should wear a top tucked in. Maybe a long-sleeved shirt or something? I like the idea of something bright, seeing as I'll…
