    Re Warfare, the widespread instance of cannibalism by Japanese soldiers in China and other occupied territories within a generation of normal treatment of prisoners during WWI shows just how quickly we can move back. It still amazes me that the seed bank in Leningrad survived the siege.

    Gorillas and I think langur monkeys do the same.
