LCD tv & UPC recordable box giving pixelated image

    Hi,
    I have a Samsung LCD tv
    It's full HD, 1080P LCD.
    I have a UPC recordable box connected to it by a scart cable.
    However the picture is slightly pixilated when watching football.

    Our UPC is via an antenna on top of the roof.
    Any reason why I'm getting this problem?

    In our other sitting room we have basic UPC, connected to our tv via a normal/non scart cable and don't have the problem.
