    Not sure if this is in the right forum. If not can mods move please!

    I'm looking to do a Leadership/ Team Lead Training course through my current position.

    Has anyone done or can anyone recommend a good one?

    They are two very different subjects, leadership is more strategic and soft skilled based and team lead is more management based.

    Which type are you after?

    If its company funded then focus training have some handy supervisor/new manager courses

    RAF Halton - Junior Drill and Leadership Course available through the ATC. Ahh fond memories of WO Woods with an ice cream at 6am telling it wasn't cold, standing on the parade square, in the middle of December.

    My point - I think you need to provide a bit more info in what you are looking for OP.
