Hi, that's just a prototype site. Has not officially started yet. As for payed. The site is just starting out and hopefully as it builds content and starts getting advertising there will be money to pay contributors. That's the plan.

For now it will be a good space for journalists to gain experience writing.

Have to start somewhere
