I mentioned in another thread i have an issue with my 2 year old iphone 4. As its 2 years old its out of warranty.

How do i contact customer care? I was looking at Apple website and saw a number for technical support but it wanted to charge me something like €34 to be connected.

What number do i ring does anyone know? Surely i don't have to pay just to speak with them

What's the issue and maybe someone here will know a fix without needing to contact Apple support.

Go to apple.com/ie and click support. Scroll down and click check service and support and then enter the serial number. Follow the steps and it will set up a repair for whatever fee
