Software to Record Training documents to Video

    Hi all

    I looking to FREE software that will Record whats shown on my Screen

    The Reason for this is I want to turn Training Documents into Training Videos to help my Team

    could anyone recommend software

    If you're running Windows 7, there's software built in that will do it. Google it.

    If you're not, try googling FRAPS. I haven't used it in years but it used to be free.

    Click start, type "psr" without quotes into the run box. This will bring up the screen capture. Only on Windows 7 though.

    If you're running gnome 3 desktop just press Control+Shift+Alt+R :D
    xvidcap is also nice (linux only)
