I'm wondering what I need to do to keep everything legit. Basically i work full time but I'm going to be doing some extra work in my own time and I'm working what I need to do to get started, for example to keep track of work done via accounts and to keep on top of tax issues and to issue invoices and everything that goes with this.

It wont be loads of work, just one or two extra jobs every now and then.

Thanks in advance for the help/advice.

First of all check your contract of employment. A lot of them have clauses stating that you do outside work
