Help !! , On demand tv ??

    Hey so we got upc last month , and already we are having problems ,
    Everything was working fine until this morning , but when I tried turning on demand tv it just came up please wait and then the tv would jump and go back on to normal channels ,
    I phoned upc (waited on hold for 35 mins) and they told me to plug out the tv and then plug it back in and do a system check on channel 999
    so we did , then tried demand again and still nothing , and then they said there's nothing they can do now so we will have to wait next week for a technician, which I think is ridiculous because the only thing I really watch is on demand , and whats the point in me paying for a service that I'm not getting ,
    so yeah if any of you guys have any ideas of whats wrong , could you please tell me so I can try and fix it !

    Have seen nothing but problems with it here in Limerick, despite what UPC are telling u its quite simply a problem on there end..
