Vegan-friendly restaurants in Ireland

    Cork Vegans have begun a new initiative, in association with Vegan Ireland, to compile a list of vegan-friendly restaurants throughout Ireland.

    The list will be viewable as a single spreadsheet, with a section for each of the 32 counties.

    We realise that the Happy Cow website does list vegan-friendly restaurants, but they can sometimes be unwilling to list certain types of restaurants, for example, if the restaurant serves lamb, etc.

    Please let us know if you are aware of any restaurants, cafes, pubs, or any other types of establishments in your area which have a vegan option on their menu, or are happy to provide a vegan option on request. Send your emails to 'corkvegans@gmail.com'. Or simply post here on this thread.

    Guidelines regarding the preparation of vegan food (ie. avoidance of cross contamination) as well as explanations of what does and does not constitute 'vegan' are available here on the Vegan Society UK's website:
