Court Summons

    Hi
    I have a court Summons. I had 2 speeding fines that i didnt pay.I miscalculated the time i had left to pay them and ended up being a day late. they Wouldnt accept it.
    Can anyone offer any advise on my court date?Should i get a Solicitor?

    If John leave his house at 7AM to pay his speeding fine at 9AM how fast will he have to travel to avoid getting any more fines?

    Prevailing advice seems to be get a solicitor but you might try heading down to your local FLAC. Legal advise can't be got here I'm afraid.

    Just show up on the day and say sorry.

    You will just get a fine I think.

    Why do you need a solicitor?
