    People
I'm looking at returning to the gym after a 3 year absence due to the arrival of 2 kids!

I'm wondering a swell as diet an training. If you were to recommend a good supplement that would increase my recovery and allow me good gains what would it be?
I was looking at creatine and protein or maybe progain etc?

    Anyone any tips and ideas?
Currently I'm 6 ft 5 and weigh 15 stone 7 lbs but when I trained daily I only weighed 13 stone 7 lbs.

    Cheers in advance

I had a 6'6" 19yo boy go from 16 stone 5 to 24 stone 4 in 2 1/2 years with only food and protein powder.

You wont need anything else other than desire
