    Those who did the Tour de Foothills back in the spring may have seen TV cameras following a cyclist on the day, I believe he'll be featuring ( along with John from LBS Cahills Cycles) on tonight's program, 9.30 RTE1.

    Enjoyed the show last night, some good personalities on the show especially that guy from limerick. Lets hope they are all still on the same weight loss road.

    Looked like he did the 50k Tour de Foothills, remember the cameras on the day, fair play and hope he keeps it up
