Hi All, Just a quick shout out to Part 3 students who received the CA today - does anyone feel reorganisations, reconstructions & amalgamations are at play - or simply a sale of a company i.e Chapter 11 or 13. Any insights would be appreciated. Cheers

At first glance I would have thought that chapter 6 (the EU Mergers Directive) would be the most pertinent.
