Last week when I applied for JSA, I was given a letter to give to the local health centre, asking for money as I had 11 euro in my account.

I went to the centre today and the way I was treated was nothing short of disgusting.

He took the letter and told me to come back in 3 days. I told him I had no money and he said "you have no bank statements, no passport, nothing!" I told him yes, I brought them with me and he says" our payweek is thurs to wed, come back then."

Again I told him I had 11euro and that cant last me 3 days - and that the welfare office told me I could get help right away.

He says " these are rhe rules. see you thursday." and told me to leave. I actually left crying and I would rather not eat for the next three days than go back and have to beg him for help.

I couldn't even afford to take the bus home, as I knew I had to save literally every penny I had.

I can't just let him treat people this way. Where do I go to report him?
