Cavendish in collision with car

    I'm starting to feel left out now that all the cool kids have made crashing into cars the thing to do......

    "Former World Champion Mark Cavendish has been involved in a collision with a car while out training in Tuscany, Italy. The 2011 Tour de France green jersey winner suffered a bruised arm from the crash."

    Only a small crash reported on Sky Sports News, nothing to disrupt training or anything.

    Anyone else wonder if Team GB is trying to highlight the plight of ordinary cyclists on the road? They've won the Worlds, TdF, etc., next fight is one for the little guys! :)

    Oh sh1t, that's terrible news.

    It means that there's going to be hundreds more 'cyclists should pay road tax', 'it's their own fault cos they don't obey the rules of the road', 'they need insurance', ' they shouldn't jump redlights', threads and newspaper articles ......

    ......not sure I can cope having to go through all that again.
