Visually Impaired Runner - National Intercounties XC Next Sunday

    Amanda Crotty, a visually impaired Gold medalist International paralympic runner is looking for a guide runner to run alongside her in the Women's race in Rathoath next Sunday. The runner can be male or female.

    Her regular guide runners are unavailable next Sunday, so she's looking for YOUR help. Even if you can't help, you may know someone who can. Amanda is willing to contribute towards the guide runners expenses.

    As a very rough guide to pace: Amanda recently ran 0:28:37 for 5k in the recent Cork Co Senior XC chp, in tough and windy conditions.

    If you can help, please PM me and I'll put you in contact with Amanda.

    C'mon, this is a great opportunity to be of serious help to a Paralympian athlete!

    PPS While Amanda is from Youghal Co. Cork, the guide runner can be from anywhere!
