Universal remote code needed

Hi all, I have a triax tr112 soarview box at home have it while now thing is I lost the remote for it and it can't be used without one. I bought a lidl silvercrest universal remote and have been trying to get it to work with the tr112 with no luck. Could anyone help me I tried the manual and google but have had no luck.…

Id say its highly unlikely u would get a universal remote to work for A triax tr112 and even if you did it probably wouldnt do all the functions...bring it back and order a new one...
