    Hi,
I'm just wondering what would be the steps to take when an email is delayed on a server and you don't receive anything in Outlook yet?
    thanks

Kicking the Exchange / Notes Server normally works for me.

Have you any more info? where does your email reside? on a local server or hosted service?

It used to reside on the register 365 mailbox server, then it was forwarded to our server and the emails were distributed to separate emails in outlook, although thats changed now, I'll have a look and get back to you.
