    Hi there,

    On Thursday night Friday morning. I woke to severe vommiting and diarrhea. This went on for about 14 hours. I was absolutely shattered. I didn't go to work on Friday. It's Monday and I still have not been.able to eat. I'm weak as water. This ia strange to me. Uaually this is gone after 24 hours. I stayed out of work as this virus is highly contagious. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

    Can anyone.offer.advice ?

    Best advice for the winter vomiting bug is to try not give it to anyone else!

    Stay away from as many people as possible for 48 hours after the symptoms pass!
