    I agree with the above. Get a solicitor that specialises in employment law. I would also not discuss it any further on here as your LM or DoS may be on here and put 2 and 2 together and figure out it is them you are talking about, which could go against you big time.

    Why is your union not interested? Is this not what they are for? surely if you put your case to them and they believe your version, they should be willing to give you advice and represent you.
