Anyone know of any good deals at the moment for a laptop? Would be mainly used for web browsing. Doesn't need a big hard drive. 4GB RAM and better than a Celeron processor.

That Dell seems good value but I had bad experience in the past waiting for ages for a refund for a doa returned computer so didn't even check their prices. But my daughter got a Dell laptop last year and has had no problems and a great little laptop it is.
