Accident in Ballsbridge

Was driving towards Ballsbridge today on Northumberland Road when I came across an accident. A cyclist was down. Had been hit by a car. There were a number of people around but no ambulance or guards had arrived by this point. Couldnt really look as was in traffic but there didnt seem to be any movement from the cyclist.…

Anyone see or hear anything about this? How the cyclist is alright.
