just wondering do you design your own icons or use free ones off the internet.

Is there any free icon packs or is it time to polish of my photoshop skills?

I do my own as best I can and use the Android asset studio for additional help with sizes - http://android-ui-utils.googlecode.com/hg/asset-studio/dist/index.html

cheers for the link! I do my own in Illustrator.Bit of a learning curve but worth it. THere is a free alternative out there called Inkscape, quite good apparently

I started using inkscape yesterday and like superflyninja said it is a bit daunting to start off. I had some teething problems but now have a basic ,ok looking icon to put on my app.

Now having said i wont be getting a job in graffix design anytime soon:pac::pac:

I use the glyphish icon pack for menu icons in my apps, $25 well spent. My app icons were custom made for me.
