Do all personal injury claims have to go via the PIB? Or is it just motor crash claims? Say you trip/slip due to something that shouldn't have been there or should have been clearly highlighted, ie wet floor, construction work, do these claims need to go via the PIB as well? If so, would it be better to use a solicitor?
