I am trying to figure out which return to make.

I have a paye part-time seasonal job and I've set up a small business this year.

So far I've brought in about 3.5K on the business and my part time work brings in about 3.5K too.

    Do I file form 11 - I know it's late

I also read form 12 was the way to go...

    Any pointers welcome.

There is a cut off point for the form 12 i.e. unless your net income from non paye work exceeds €3,750 you should use the form12 is your income is more I believe you have to do the form 11
