So, what to do with me prawns?

Okay, just to make sure that this thread doesn't get off on the wrong foot, by being guilty of dishonesty, I should probably say that they're more shrimp than prawns.

They're not the big fat juicy ones. I was thinking along the lines of making a nice little curry, but then I found myself realising that I could make a very VERY nice starter instead.

So AHers, I throw it open to the floor.

What should Choco do with the prawns?

Fry them up with chilli & garlic. Simple but delish. Especially if you've crusty bread to mop up the juices.
