Are there any truly great movies that capture the Wall Street Crash of 1929, with its main focus on the Market and the forces and companys which led to the crash as a centralpoint? There is so much energy and dramatic scenes which encompassed the months leading up to the crash, that reading about it alone creates a fevered and exciting read right up to the climax, has any film afforded itself to give justice to these events?

Although it was only portrayed for a small part of the movie, I think timecop got it spot on

While not about the '29 crash Margin Call on US netflix is an excellent film on the subject of financial malfeasance.
