Wearable tv screen glasses for tablet or phone

Has anybody any experience of those glasses that you can connect to your phone and watch it like a big tv screen or anything like them. What's the best one to get and are they any good or just a gimmick.

I only used them a couple of times. They are good for watching movies on but you would only use them on a plane or train. If you do alot of travelling and don't mind looking silly then give them a go. Otherwise they're not really worth it.
