hi, quite an experienced online buyer here especially with ebay and no problems yet . but bought a watch on ebay.de from a 100% seller with recent feedback for similar priced goods. because everybody uses paypal i dont even look at payment options anymore but it turns out he only uses bank transfers.
its not a high value watch so im not too worried about him legging it but i was just wondering if anyone knows how much permanent tsb would charge for the transfer and how long it takes? and bank transfers are safe from a privacy point of view?
id like to back out now of the sale and buy a different one but seeing as how im at fault thats not an option unfortunately.
    thanks

A lot of German sellers prefer bank transfers. Never had a problem with ebay related ones.

If you send a standard payment using IBAN and BIC it shouldn't cost more than 51 cent.
