Small Laptop, Good Battery <€500

I've been looking at laptops for college and the main things I need are for the laptop to be small, lightweight but as powerful as possible (I'll be using it for programing) with a decent battery. HDMI and USB 3.0 are also appreciated. The best I've found is this.

Does anyone know of anything better? Would it be worth waiting untill after Christmas?

yep ASUS X401A is probably the best for your requirements. Should have 5hrs battery. Take in concern that keyboard is not that good if you typing alot and it comes with basic soft ish plastic feeling in overall but the whole thing is worth the money. Intel® Core™ i3-2330M is good deal here!

There are some variants with Pentium B9xx dual-core processor with stripped down graphics features and newer chipset, should use less power -> better battery life?
