Dog Found on Condell Road

    A friend found an older male shih tzu on the Condell Road this evening. No collar and the vet confirmed no chip. He's blind so if anyone knows someone who might be the owner, let me know.

    A bling dog with no collar and no chip. I doubt the owner wants to be found.

    I was thinking that but he's recently groomed and looks well fed.

    Poor little bugger. It doesn't look good I'm afraid. People can be very cruel.
