Hi all, I don't know much about the law but can you get arrested and fined 150E for calling a garda a ****? Also can you get the same fine for just standing in the street watching your fellow buddie getting arrested by a garda?

You can get arrested for a lot of things. Breaking the charter may or may not be included in that list of things.
