Speed of Broadband has dropped drastically in last few days

Hi I have a 7MB Broadband and usually am limited to 4-5MB which is ok for what I need. But in the last few days the speeds I am seeing are awful. It is never above 2.xMB and last night I was seeing<1MB. This is supposed to be a 7MB line. The ping rate last night was 200+ ms.
