Cost to build an office in the Garden

Im looking for high level costs involved in building an office in the garden away from the house. Im thinking about 10' * 10' and would want to run electricity, water and central heating to it. I'll want it insulated, tiled pitched roof, decent door and window, anything else i should consider?
