Non-Alcoholic Cocktails ..... for kids

    Hi there,

I'm looking to do a few non-alcoholic cocktails for a kids party. They are bigger kids and we're not encouraging them to drink etc., its just a bit of fun.

Anyway ... i want to do a green coloured, two tone one so i'm thinking melon, drop of vanilla, green food colouring, lime juice into a blender and that'll be the darker bottom half. I'd like to do a light coloured green foam if possible so that either whipped cream or egg whites with bitter and sweet to stablise it all, but i'm just wondering does anyone know how to do this without a CO2 spray bottle, can i hand whip the egg whites etc.? Just wondering how that is done.

Also, another part of this party is a little competition (again non-alcoholic) where we line up five shots and they have to guess what they are. I kinda want to introduce them into different tastes as well here but i dont want to make it too hard either.

I was thinking ginger ale as one, maybe tanora as another, maybe peppermint or something, not sure yet. Anyone have any ideas?
