Cant drill either,any way without using nails? Is there any bonding agent strong enough to hold a board up?? I have no more nails but that can barely hold a picture up let alone a board.

You must have some serious wall if you can't drill a hole in it.
I can't imagine there is a bonding agent that would hold a dartboard, plus you wouldn¡t be able to turn it when numbers get worn.
