Shimano Deore spare hub cones

Does anyone have an idea if/where you can order spare hub cones for a Deore front m590? it's the same version as is still for sale on crc. The bearings were super flattened on one side and the cone is toast, but the actual hub races are intact so it's well worth replacing.

    Thanks

Sjs cycles do a complete axle service kit here
    http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/shimano-hb-m590-complete-hub-axle-108-mm-2tr-9801-prod26154/
Damn near the same price as the hub but it'll save rebuilding the wheel.
There's somewhere else that does just the cones but I can't find them now. If I can find the link on my pc I'll send it on.

    Hope this helps :)

I couldn't for the life of me get a replacement freehub for a Deore hub (rear, obviously).

I ended up buying a replacement Deore hub complete, as a donor. It wasn't too expensive.

Come to think of it, the cones were fine on the old unit and I still have them.

I wonder would they fit yours? Mine is a MTB, here are the specs of my hub, have a look see if they're compatible, here is the CRC ref:

    1 Shimano SLX Rear Hub M665 - 32h Black Centre-Lock
    ID: 87539

Deandean: cheers for the offer, but cos mine is a front hub the axle diameter will be different so no good.

Cheers for the sjs link, that's dead handy, that bit cheaper than the hub and will save a whole lot of time rebuilding a wheel.

Just went through the order process on sjs and with £6 postage included it is actually more expensive than to buy a whole new hub from CRC. Maybe it'd be better just to do that and then pull out the axle and cones to save rebuilding...

Yea, just buy the hub. I saw the price of them, quite low.

You can use the new one as a doner, swap out the bearings, axle etc as well as the cones.
