lost itv1 hd and stv hd

hi , had itv1 hd and stv hd stored in other channels , but tuned in on saturday nite to watch xfactor, just getting blue screen, checked the tuning guide incase frequency has changed , tried retuning but nothing !! can anyone help ?

Try 10.832H, 22.0, 5/6 for ITV1 HD London or 10.994H, 22.0, 5/6 for ITV1 HD Granada.

Have you still got STV HD (at 10.936V, 23.0, 8/9) still stored in 'other channels'? If you have, don't delete it as its broadcast in the DVB-S2 format. These channels cannot be stored manually on a Sky+ HD box.
