Can anyone tell me is there any charge for buying a One 4 All gift card in the Post Office? There's a €3.49 "transaction charge" for buying online, even if you use PayPal instead of a credit card. Thanks :)

The following transaction charges apply: Post Office Sales: €2 for first purchase, 50 cent for each subsequent voucher. Website & telesales: €3.49 per transaction (one transaction charge will cover a multiple of voucher purchases)
