Hi, I was wondering is it possible to check if someone has a barring or civil order against them? Is there a register available for public viewing or are these orders kept confidential?

These are family law orders, subject to the in camera rule, meaning that they are private. Members of the public are not entitled to see these.

A party to the action would be entitled to a copy, of course.
