    I have ad block and I recently blocked ajax.googleapis.com because it was hanging and stopping pages from loading.

    But it messes up boards for me. The sticky header thing is enabled again and there's no pop ups when I scroll over the notifications or forums bar at the top.

    Whats this thing do and do I need it ?

    That domain allows us to use jQuery but served from Google's content distribution network. A lot of sites use these CDN's especially Google's to speed up your browsing experience.

    For example if you browse another site that uses Google's CDN for jQuery after visiting boards, your browser will not re-download the file.

    JQuery, is a javascript library that allows us to do all these pretty drop down menus etc. blocking it means we can't do that.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
