Hey, me and my friend are looking for a good place to go for holiday, he lives in England and I live in Ireland, but we get off college at same date so we want to go somewhere, we decided that it would be epic to go to place which:
    • Has snow (means it's not cold and has low or subzero temperatures.
    • Supports snow mobile or at least quad bike rentals and driving.
    • Has aurora at night times (often enough to see)
    • Has an okay hotels (I don't need high luxury), for reasonable price.
    • Flights two way are reasonable.
    • General food/living is reasonable.
So in general I am looking not for cheapest option , but not the expensive one too, I don't need a luxury hotels.

    So any options?

Maybe look into Tromso, know someone who did it and thought it was great

Tromso is fantastic, has snow, has snowmobiles, has a great chance of seeing the aurora, but is one of the most expensive places I've ever been. Flights usually aren't too expensive - but you'd need two flights from Dublin, Ryanair into Oslo and an internal flight might be best. Hotels are fine but pricey, as is the general cost of living and food. Highly recommended if you could afford it!

By the way my budget is around 1000 Euro.

That might be do-able for a short trip, depending on flight costs, etc. Ryanair flights €100-150 maybe, Oslo-Tromso another €200? Decent hotel could be about €150-200 per night, and just live frugally for a couple of days! Things like snowmobiling will be pricey - I did a night-time dog-sledding trip up there and think it cost about €200 each. And a bus trip to see the lights was about €100 - I know this is a ridiculous price for a 4-hour bus trip but it worked! Great experience in the middle of winter with the lack of sunlight if you can make it!
