Sli Cualann Fit4Life - Round 10, Sunday Nov 18th, 11am

    The final one for 2012.

    Avondale house, Rathdrum
    Round 10 will be a trail race around the Avondale House grounds.

    Registration open from 10.30am and Race start at 11.00am.

    Prize classes are top 3 in the following age groups:
    Junior (u20)
    Senior
    35-39
    40-44
    45-49
    50+

    (for male and female)

    Thank god for that I say :P, next year will see a bit of a change in structure, and more of an IMRA/BHAA approach with using volunteers to help at the races, they don't organize themselves unfortunately!
