Tracking Question (Royal Mail)

    I ordered something from the UK and it was sent via Royal mail (international signed-for delivery) or via Parcel Force (they use both depending on the item) but tracking information from Royal Mail and Parcel Force are giving me:
    YOUR ITEM IS BEING PREPARED FOR DISPATCH ABROAD
    Your item has been received at our international mail centre and is being made ready for dispatch overseas

    This would be fine expect it's been like that for couple days now. I would have expected it to be sent out already as should only take 2-3 business day for delivery (ordered on Sunday).

    How are Royal Mail for updating their tracker? Has it already left the country but they just didn't update it!

    Should have mentioned that AnPost tracker is not showing anything!

    Once it reaches Ireland it will show up on the An Post tracker

    Ah OK I wasn't sure if AnPost could track a UK tracking number plus I had expected it to be in this country already... must be just taking its sweet time in UK airport/mail centre!
