Just been reading a few threads on his forum for the first time and notice a lot of complaints about various mobile providers. Just to say I had my own issue earlier on in the year where I was sold a package that ended up costing more than three times what it should have and every time I rang customer service or went back to the store I was literall abused by the staff. After 9 months found out about COMREG so gave them a ring and within the week I had a manager ringing me grovelling and apologising:D. Also got a refund and my 24 month contract terminated and it cost me nothing.
